Shipping Policy

General

Every package is tracked and insured. Shipping on paintings will vary in price due to the different sizes and weights. Printful, the fulfillment company, sets shipping prices for clothing items, which differ from the FAQ prices listed. If ordering clothing items at the same time as other products, you will be charged shipping from Printful in addition to shop shipping. You will also receive separate tracking. 

Orders will ship within 3-10 business days (except commissions). All orders are shipped tracked and insured via Chit Chats or Canada Post. Both shipping services will transfer shipments to the local carrier in your region for delivery. You will receive a shipping notification by email when the label is printed for your package, but your tracking may not be available until it is scanned at the post office (or up to 24-48 hours afterwards). 

 

Customs, duties, taxes, and tariffs for International orders

Fox.e.poxy Creations is not responsible for any extra fees due to customs, duties, taxes, or tariffs applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you understand your local shipping and import laws before purchasing.

 

RTS Packages

If your package is marked as "Return to Sender" and returned to me for any reason, I will contact you to let you know. If the reason for the RTS is because of an error I made, I will reship your order to you and email you new tracking. If the package was returned to me due to an incomplete address on your account or other customer error, you will be responsible for the new shipping charges. 

 

Damaged/Lost Packages

Fox.e.poxy Creations is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during the shipping process. 

If your parcel has been damaged, lost, or delivered to the wrong address, please reach out to me ASAP to discuss your options.  An enquiry must be lodged with your relevant local carrier first before I can decide the next course of action. If you are unwilling to lodge an inquiry, then no refund or remake will be offered. 

Before filing a claim, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact me by e-mail if you need any package details to file a claim. To file a claim with your local carrier, navigate to their website and search "file a claim" or "damaged package." If your local carrier does not seem to have claim options, reach out to me by email, and I will investigate or file a claim with Canada Post. 

Parcels that are delivered to the address inputted in your customer account and then stolen and/or damaged after delivery are not the responsibility of Fox.e.poxy Creations and will not be compensated under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for ensuring they input a valid and correct address and that their package arrives at a secure location. Check with your local relevant courier if you need to change the shipping address of a package after your parcel is sent.
